This gallery is a collection of photos from a recent trip to a place about 50 miles outside of Vegas. It was a time a solitude meant to be a communion between God, the camera and me. Surel the beauty of His work can be seen through these humble pictures. Indeed, they can only approximate what the eye He designed can capture. Nevertheless, I hope you enjoy.

These are just a few imges from a recent trip to San Francisco. Unfortunately a long desired trip up the Pacific Coast Highway did not feature the cooperation of the weather. Fog, mist and rain were the order of the day. But one makes the best of things and these are those. I've been looking forward to getting down to post Katrina New Orleans for a while. Though I wasn't able to get all the shots I wanted, here's a little bit of flavor from the area. They are also an excuse to go back.

Alton, IL

An acquaintance asked me if I had anything from Alton, IL. Not only didn't I have anything from there, I wasn't sure what was there at all. So I set out to find out and came back with these. Easily the most noteable landmark in the area is the Clark bridge which is significantly featured here. I plan to go back to this quiet community and see what else the lens finds so stay tuned...
