I was recenly privileged to go on a mission trip to Jamaica with the International American Medical Mission. The group takes doctor's, nurses, medicine, ministers and various other support personnel to where they are needed. Most recently, Haiti and Jamaica. Make no mistake, there were no resorts or beaches. When one is there to help those in need, it is the "other side of Jamaica" that is experienced.


It is my prayer that this reminds viewers how privileged we are in this country and inspires all to help where there is a need, be it foreign or domestic.
